Citizens of all Pocatello are banding together now to file a lawsuit against the city of Pocatello,
and the motive is to get the city council and Pocatello
Police Department to demand legal instruction of
the recruits and their officers. If a lawyer is required to have instruction, the officers that
apply the law, and who carry more authority than lawyers do, should at very least have schooling as a
lawyer will. Fees given can be defended against by A attorney, but a police officer can ruin somebody’s life, even in ignorance.
The balance of authority must be escorted by knowledge and trust.
