Citizens of Pocatello are banding together to file a lawsuit against the city of Pocatello, and the motive is to get the town council as well as Pocatello Police Department to demand education of
the recruits and their employed officers. If a lawyer is required to possess instruction, the officers who apply the law, and who
carry more legal authority than lawyers do,
ought to at least have schooling as a lawyer will.
A lawyer can defend against charges given, but a police officer may ruin someone’s life, even in ignorance.
The balance of authority must be accompanied by knowledge and trust.
